It has a multi-layer composite structure. The core layer is a high-density stone plastic substrate, covered with a simulated textured film (wood grain,marble grain, fabric grain, etc.) and a UV wear-resistant/stain-resistant coating. A balancing layer is added at the bottom. The overall structure is stable and has excellent performance, making it a cost-effective alternative to ceramic tiles, latex paint, and traditional wooden wall panels.
The multi-layer structure generally consists of. a bottom balancing layer, a middle high-density stone plastic substrate, a surface textured film layer, and a UV wear-resistant/stain-resistant coating.
